Johnson-Engel Scholarship Endowment in Engineering - Incoming Freshman (MN)

Recipients shall be enrolled in the College of Engineering. Preference shall be given to students who have graduated from a high school in
Mahtomedi, Minnesota or Marshall town, Iowa. If the number of Mahtomedi or Marshalltown applicants is greater than the number of available scholarships, grade point average shall be used to prioritize the eligible applicants. If there are scholarships available after awards have been made to students who have graduated from Mahtomedi, Minnesota or Marshalltown, Iowa the remaining awards shall alternate between students from Marshall county in Iowa and Washington and Ramsey counties in Minnesota. This award shall be made available to students of undergraduate class standing including incoming freshman students. Recipients must maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale for renewal.
