Donald Kane Smith Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be majoring in any technical field at Iowa State University, as determined by the administering authority.
2. Recipients shall have demonstrated experience in or commitment to working with historically underserved or underprivileged populations, as determined by the administering authority and as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy.
3. Recipients shall have verified financial need, as documented by the University Office of Student Financial Aid.
4. Recipients shall demonstrate progress toward achieving a degree, as determined by the administering authority.
This award shall be made available to students of sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate class standing.
