Drs. Mera and Mark Fisher Scholarship in Shelter Medicine

1. Recipients shall be enrolled in the College of Veterinary Medicine.
2. Recipients shall have participated in the shelter medicine elective, as determined by the administering authority.
3. Preference shall be given in the following order as determined by the administering authority:
a. Students who have volunteered at animal shelters.
b. Students who are members of the Association of Shelter Veterinarians – Student Chapter
This award shall be made available to students of VM3 or VM4 class standing.
