Burnell 'Ben' Nelsen Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be enrolled in the College of Engineering.
2. Recipients shall be participating in one (1) of the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) programs at Iowa State University.
3. Preference shall be given to students with verified financial need, as documented by the University Office of Student Financial Aid.
This award shall be made available to students of undergraduate class standing.
