Dr. Miriam N. Satern Kinesiology Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be undergraduates majoring in kinesiology and health.
2. Recipients shall be first-generation college students.
3. Recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
4. Preference shall be given to students who demonstrate exemplary leadership skills and are actively participating in extracurricular activities within the department and across campus as determined by the administering authority. Examples of extracurricular activities may include involvement in recognized student organizations, professional organizations, or departmental research projects.
This award shall be made available to students of sophomore, junior, or senior class standing.
