Carlota Dubon Gutierrez Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be students who have made a commitment or demonstrated a commitment to enhance the culture and/or studies of Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panamá, Paraguay, Perú, Uruguay or Venezuela, as determined by the administering authority and as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy.
2. Recipients shall have verified financial need, as documented by the University Office of Student Financial Aid.
This award shall be made available to students of undergraduate class standing.
