Robert M. Brown Engineering Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be majoring in environmental engineering or civil engineering with a specialization in environmental/water resources, as determined by the administering authority. Preference shall be given to environmental engineering majors.
2. Recipients shall have verified financial need, as documented by the University Office of Student Financial Aid.
3. Recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale.
4. Preference shall be given to residents of Iowa or Minnesota as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy.
This award shall be made available to students of junior or senior class standing.
