David and Caroline Clizbe Memorial Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be enrolled in the College of Engineering.
2. Recipients shall have verified financial need, as determined by the Office of Student Financial Aid.
3. Recipients shall be selected from Clinton County, Iowa as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy. If there are no qualified applicants from Clinton County, Iowa, recipients may be selected from the following counties in North East Iowa: Linn, Jones, Jackson, Dubuque, Delaware, Buchanan, Fayette, Clayton, Winneshiek or Allamakee.
4. Preference shall be for recipients with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
This award shall be made available to students of undergraduate class standing.
