Downing Family Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be members of the Beta Omicron Chapter of Sigma Chi fraternity at Iowa State University as determined by the administering authority.
2. Recipients shall be the students holding the following positions: chapter president, vice president, and recruitment chair as determined by the administering authority.
This award shall be made available to students of undergraduate class standing.
