Harris F. Seidel Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be majoring in civil engineering or environmental engineering in the Department of Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering.
2. Recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
3. Recipients shall have documented financial need as determined by the Office of Student Financial Aid.
4. Recipients shall have demonstrated leadership skills as determined by the administering authority, and as evidenced in their active participation in extracurricular activities. Examples of extracurricular activities include involvement with recognized student organizations, professional organizations, or community service.
This award shall be made available to students of junior or senior class standing.
