John and Joleen Gockel Scholarship for Civil and Construction Engineering

1. Recipients shall be enrolled in the Department of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering.
2. Recipients shall have a cumulative grade point average between 2.0 and 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
3. Recipients shall be from the States of Iowa, Minnesota or North Dakota as permitted by Federal and State law, and University policy.
This award shall be made available to students of junior, senior and 5th year senior class standing.
