Willie Robinson ISU 4U Promise Scholarship
1. Recipients shall be students who have participated in the ISU 4U Promise Program, as determined by the administering authority. If in any given year there are no eligible students who have participated in the ISU 4U Program (or the program ceases to exist), the awards shall be made to graduates of North High School in Des Moines, Iowa; if there are no eligible recipients from North High School, recipients shall be graduates of a Des Moines Public Schools high school.
2. Recipients shall be students who through their experiences, activities, and academic work will contribute to student body diversity, as determined by the administering authority and as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy.
3. Recipients shall have verified financial need, as documented by the University Office of Student Financial Aid.
4. Recipients shall be in good academic standing, as determined by the administering authority.
This award shall be made available to students of undergraduate class standing.
