Harold and Janet Nissly Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be enrolled in the Bachelor of Liberal Studies degree program.
2. Recipients shall have verified financial need, as determined by the University Office of Student Financial Aid.
3. Preference shall be given in the following order as determined by the administering authority and as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy:
a. Recipients shall be nontraditional students. b. Recipients shall be first-generation students. c. Recipients who are raising children while attending college.
This award shall be made available to students of undergraduate class standing.
