Phyllis Davis Legacy of Heroines Scholarship Fund

1. Shall be undergraduate students who have graduated from high school in, or who currently reside in Polk County, Iowa. If there are no qualified applicants in Polk County, recipients residing in the immediate surrounding counties of Dallas, Boone, Story, Jasper, Marion, Warren, or Madison, Iowa may be selected.
2. Shall be enrolled and pursuing a major at Iowa State University.
3. Shall agree to participate in the mentoring and leadership activities offered through the Carrie Chapman Catt Center for Women and Politics and its Legacy of Heroines program, as determined by the administering authority.
