Carolyn Brown Ward Scholarship
1. Recipients shall be enrolled in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition.
2. Recipients shall have verified financial need, as documented by the University Office of Student Financial Aid.
3. Recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
4. Recipients shall demonstrate exemplary leadership skills as determined by the administering authority and as evidenced by their active participation in extracurricular activities which involves directing actions, holding office, chairing committees, and/or receipt of awards. Examples of extracurricular activities include involvement in recognized student organizations, professional organizations, or community service.
This award shall be made available to students of junior or senior class standing.
