Hazel M. Stokes Scholarship

1. The recipient shall be pursuing a degree in the College of Family and Consumer Sciences.
2. The recipient shall be a resident of Plymouth County, Iowa.
First preference shall be to students with demonstrated financial need.
Second preference shall be to students demonstrating academic excellence which the parties of this Agreement agree as determined by awarding authority.
