Distributions shall be used to provide support for operations, priority programs and initiatives of the Department of Art and Visual Culture. The Chair of the Department of Art and Visual Culture, in consultation with the Dean of the College of Design, shall be responsible for administering the Distributions from the Account and applying such Distributions.
