Fred W. Koester Memorial Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
2. Recipients shall be pursuing a curriculum related to natural resource conservation with an emphasis on soil and water conservation, as determined by the administering authority.
3. Recipients shall be Iowa residents, as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy.
4. Recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
5. Recipients shall have a demonstrated potential for leadership in the areas of soil and water conservation, as determined by the administering authority.
This award shall be made available to students of junior or senior class standing.
