Nicholas and Angela Frey Scholarship
Distributions shall be used to provide scholarships. The Dean of the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences shall be responsible for administering the Distributions from the Account and applying such Distributions in accordance with the following:
A. Recipient criteria:
1. Recipients shall be enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
2. Recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
3. Preference shall be given to recipients of the Portia A. Goke Scholarship in Memory of Alvin W. Goke as determined by the administering authority.
4. If there are excess funds available after awarding scholarships to recipients of the Portia Goke Scholarship in Memory of Alvin W. Goke, preference shall be given to students majoring in agronomy.
B. Term: All awards shall be for one (1) year and shall be renewed for up to two (2) additional years at the discretion of the administering authority so long as recipients continue to meet the above stated criteria.
C. Eligibility: This award shall be made available to students of sophomore, junior, or senior class standing.
D. Administration: The Donors would like these scholarships to be of significant benefit to the recipients, and the Donors initially request that as many $2,000 scholarships are awarded annually as possible, based on available funds
