Donald L. Sparks Gold Star Memorial Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be enrolled in an agriculture-related field as determined by the administering authority.
2. Recipients shall be residents of Carroll County, Iowa, as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy. If in any given year there are no qualified recipients from Carroll County, the scholarship will not be awarded for that year.
3. Preference shall be given to students who through their experiences, activities, and academic work will contribute to student body diversity, as determined by the administering authority and as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy.
This award shall be made available to students of sophomore class standing.
