Barnes and Mitchell Memorial Scholarship

Recipients shall be enrolled full-time at Iowa State University. Recipients shall be African-American as permitted by Federal and State law, and University policy. Recipients shall have demonstrated financial need and academic achievement. Preference shall be given to incoming freshmen.
