Lora and Russ Talbot ISU Alumni Association Cardinal and Gold Completion Grant

1. Recipients shall be full-time students enrolled in any of the six undergraduate colleges of Iowa State University.
2. Recipients shall be Iowa residents as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy.
3. Recipients shall be in good academic standing as determined by the administering authority.
4. Recipients shall show the potential and drive to continue their education but have not had their need fully met through financial aid and scholarships which threatens the completion of their degree, as determined by the administering authority.
5. Preference shall be given to first-generation students as determined by the administering authority.
This award shall be made available to students who are within two (2) semesters of graduation (typically junior and senior class standing).
