Jerry and Helen Oliver Engineering Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be enrolled in the College of Engineering.
2. Recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
3. Recipients shall be United States citizens or permanent residents, as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy.
4. Recipients shall be Iowa residents, as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy.
5. Preference shall be given in the following order as determined by the administering authority:
a. Students who are majoring in civil engineering.
b. Students who are enrolled in the Department of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering.
This award shall be made available to students of undergraduate class standing.
