Connie Betts Memorial Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be enrolled at Iowa State University pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree.
2. Recipients shall be from Carroll County, Iowa as determined by the administering authority. If in any given year there are no qualified recipients from Carroll County, the scholarship will not be awarded for that year.
3. Preference shall be given to students who through their experiences, activities, and academic work will contribute to student body diversity, as determined by the administering authority and as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy.
This award shall be made available to students of sophomore class standing.
