Herbert and Lucille Bettis 4-H Scholarship Fund

1. Recipients shall have verified financial need, as documented by the University Office of Student Financial Aid.
2. Recipients shall be students who were active in 4-H in Monroe County, Iowa, as determined by the administering authority.
This award shall be made available to students of undergraduate class standing.
