Ron Speckmann, AIA, Class of 1985 Memorial Scholarship

.1. Recipients shall be majoring in Architecture.

2. Preference shall be given to students from Buena Vista, Cherokee, Clay, Crawford, Dickinson, Emmet, Ida, Lyon, Monona, O’Brien, Osceola, Palo Alto, Plymouth, Pocahontas, Sac, Sioux and Woodbury Counties in Iowa; Dakota, Dixon and Thurston Counties in Nebraska; Clay and Union Counties in South Dakota, as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy.

This award shall be made available to students of undergraduate class standing.

Administration: While the Donor is funding the endowed portion of the Account with a pledge, they would like one (1) scholarship of $1,500 awarded annually using their gifts to the expendable portion of the Account. When the endowment is fully funded the Donor would like the scholarships to be of significant benefit to the recipients and ask that fewer, larger scholarships be awarded.
