Larry and Barbara Ebbers Graduate Student Fund

1) The recipient shall be a graduate student.
2) The recipient shall be majoring in the department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies with an emphasis in Higher Education.
3) The recipients must be serving as a graduate assistant at Iowa State University.
4) Preference will be given to Ph.D. candidates.
This fellowship shall be made available to graduate students.
