Dr. Judy K. Nissen Endowed Scholarship

1. The recipient shall be a graduate student (Masters or PhD student) enrolled in the Higher Education Program in the College of Education.
2. The recipient shall carry a minimum of six credit hours per semester.
3. The recipient shall demonstrate financial need as determined by the FAFSA, or the needs analysis method currently utilized by the Office of Student Financial Aid.
4. Preference shall be given to female students who are Iowa residents and have worked in education a minimum of three years as determined by the awarding authority.
