Noel and Ruth Smith Family Food Science Graduate Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be enrolled in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition in the College of Human Sciences.
2. Recipients shall be pursuing a master’s or Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology, Nutritional Sciences, or Diet and Exercise.
3. Recipients shall have demonstrated financial need as determined by the Office of Student Financial Aid.
4. Preference shall be given to students who have demonstrated leadership as evidenced by participation in extracurricular or community organizations and activities as determined by the administering authority. Examples of extracurricular activities include involvement in recognized student organizations, professional organizations, or community service.
