Thelma J. Ruter Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be enrolled in the Department of Human Development and Family Studies.
2. Recipients shall be studying early childhood education as determined by the administering authority.
3. Preference shall be given to students who utilize creativity in their interactions with children, perhaps using out of the classroom experiences to engage early learners as determined by the administering authority.
This award shall be made available to students of graduate class standing.
