Darrell and Ann Lietz Family Scholarship

Recipients shall be enrolled in the secondary education option in the Educator Preparation Program in the School of Education and intend to teach math, science or English as determined by the administering authority.
Recipients shall have verified financial need, as documented by the University Office of Student Financial Aid. Preference shall be given in the following order as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy:

a) Students who have graduated from any Davenport, Iowa public high school,
b) Students who have graduated from a public high school in Scott County, Iowa,
c) Students who have graduated from a public high school in Iowa.
d) Students with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

This award shall be made available to students of undergraduate class standing.
