Awards are for: a) International undergraduate or graduate students coming to the College of Family and Consumer Sciences for study. b) ISU Family and Consumer Sciences undergraduate or graduate students traveling abroad for University related study. c) International undergraduate or graduate students returning to their home countries to plan for research projects and/or to collect data. Financial need shall be taken into consideration.
