Recipients shall be enrolled full-time in the College of Human Sciences. Recipients shall demonstrate financial need. Recipients shall show academic achievement. Preference shall be given to residents of the state of Iowa who are from rural areas or small towns. Recipients shall be of undergraduate class standing.
