Olsen Family Scholarship in Human Development and Family Studies

1. Recipients shall be enrolled in the Department of Human Development and Family Studies.

2. Recipients shall be students who through their experiences, activities, and academic work will contribute to student body diversity, as determined by the administering authority and as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy.

3. Recipients shall demonstrate academic excellence as evidenced by a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

4. Preference shall be given in the following order as determined by the administering authority:
a. Students majoring in early childhood education.
b. Students with verified financial need, as documented by the University Office of Student Financial Aid

This award shall be made available to students of undergraduate class standing.
