Orva Stanford Alexander Scholarship

Recipients shall be majoring in Early Childhood or Elementary Education, working toward teacher licensure in the School of Education. Recipients shall be Iowa residents. Incoming freshman recipients shall have a minimum cumulative high school grade point average of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale. Sophomore, junior, and senior recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Preference shall go to an incoming, first-year student. This scholarship shall be made available to students with undergraduate class standing.
