LaVon Morrow Eblen Scholarship in Human Sciences

Recipients shall be enrolled in the College of Human Sciences. First preference shall be given to residents of Cass County or Audubon County, Iowa as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy. Second preference shall be given to students who have participated in 4-H as determined by the administering authority. Third preference shall be given to students from rural backgrounds as determined by the administering authority. This award shall be made available to students of undergraduate class standing.
