J. Elaine Hieber Cardinal and Gold Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be full-time students enrolled in the College of Human Sciences.

2. Recipients shall be first-generation college students as determined by the administering authority.

3. Recipients shall have verified financial need, as documented by the University Office of Student Financial Aid.

4. Recipients shall be Iowa residents as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy.

This award shall be made available to students of undergraduate class standing.
