Richard Richman Math and Science Education Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be pursuing a secondary education certification with a plan to teach math or science, as determined by the administering authority.

2. Recipients shall have been admitted to the Teacher Preparation Program as determined by the administering authority.

3. Preference shall be given in the following order as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy and as documented by the University Office of Student Financial Aid:

a) Students from Iowa
b) Students with verified financial need

This award shall be made available to students of undergraduate class standing.

Administration: The Donors would like one (1) scholarship awarded annually.
