Jim and Jo Plantan Business Scholarship

Recipients shall be enrolled in the Debbie and Jerry Ivy College of Business. Recipients shall have an interest in entrepreneurship as determined by the administering authority.
Recipients shall be full-time students as determined by the administering authority. Recipients shall be Iowa residents as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy.
Recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Recipients shall have verified financial need, as documented by the University Office of Student Financial Aid. This award shall be made available to students of incoming freshman or senior class standing.

Administration: Scholarships may also be awarded to students of senior class standing who show the potential and drive to continue their education but have not had their need fully met through financial aid and scholarships which threatens the completion of their degree.
