John Everson Family Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be enrolled in the Debbie and Jerry Ivy College of Business.
2. Recipients shall be United States citizens as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy.
3. Recipients shall be Iowa residents as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy.
4. Recipients shall have verified financial need as documented by the University Office of Student Financial Aid.
5. Freshman recipients shall have a cumulative high school grade point average no higher than 3.74 on a 4.0 scale. Continuing students shall have a cumulative grade point average between 2.5 and 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
6. First preference shall be given to students that have demonstrated diverse academic experiences by taking courses in other disciplines or haivng a double major or minor in another college at Iowa State University as determined by the administering authority.
7. Second preference shall be given to student demonstrating participation in extracurricular activities as determined by the administering authority.
This award shall be made available to students of undergraduate class standing.
