Corwin and Carolyn Bootsma Accounting and Finance Scholarship

Recipients shall be majoring in accounting and/or finance. Recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.33 on a 4.0 scale. Recipients shall have demonstrated financial need. Recipients shall have a measurable degree of “unmet” financial need. First preference shall be given to students who are working while attending college. Second preference shall be given to students who display leadership potential and actively participate in school and community activities as evidenced by such things as active participation and/or leadership roles in a recognized student organization, active participation and/or leadership roles in a professional or civic organization, honors and awards received and/or active participation or leadership roles in community service. This award shall be made available to students of sophomore, junior or senior class standing. This scholarship is non-renewable.
