Lora and Russ Talbot ISU Alumni Association Cardinal and Gold College of Veterinary Medicine Scholarship

Recipients shall be enrolled in the College of Veterinary Medicine. Recipients shall have demonstrated financial need. Recipients shall be graduates of a high school located in the State of Iowa as permitted by Federal and State law, and University policy. Recipients shall be full-time students at Iowa State University. Preference shall be given to applicants from households where neither parent received a four-year college degree. This award shall be made available to students of VM3 class standing.
