Durbin Zheng Award

Recipients shall be enrolled in the Department of Music and Theatre with either a music major or minor with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. Recipients shall have a major area of focus in voice as a soloist and have demonstrated promise and talent in voice as a soloist. Recipients shall take part in a public vocal performance such as a general recital. First preference shall be given to students who are residents of the state of Iowa. Recipients shall be of any class standing. Scholarship is non-renewable. Interested students should apply through the Music Department opportunity for consideration.
