Claire B. Andreasen Legacy of Heroines Scholarship

Recipients shall demonstrate interest in animal health. Recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. Recipients shall have demonstrated leadership skills and/or be an advocate in women’s health issues and/or traditionally underrepresented groups. Preference shall be given to students who are enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and are interested in attending the Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Preference shall be given to students who demonstrate financial need. Recipients shall be of undergraduate class standing.
