Lt. Col. Richard and Nancy Burnett Scholarship

Recipients shall be members of the Navy Reserve Officers Training Corps. Preference shall be given to students who show potential and drive to continue their education but through unforeseen circumstances have not had their need fully met through financial aid and scholarships as determined by the administering authority. Recipients shall be of sophomore, junior, or senior class standing, and also freshman who are in their second semester of studies. Scholarship may be renewed so long as recipients continue to meet stated criteria.
