Frank and Kay Troutner Memorial Scholarship in Computer Science

1. Recipients shall be majoring in computer science.
2. Recipients shall have verified financial need, as documented by the University Office of Student Financial Aid.
3. Recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.67 on a 4.0 scale.
4. Preference shall be given in the following order as determined by the administering authority and as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy:
a) Residents of Iowa.
b) Female students so long as they are underrepresented in their program or major at the time of the award.
This award shall be made available to students of junior class standing.
