Heart of America Patriot Foundation Scholarship funded by the Greater Kansas City Post of the Society of American Military Engineers

Recipients shall be enrolled at Iowa State University, demonstrate financial need and be qualified for the Dependents Educational Assistance program for children and spouses of 100% disabled veterans or deceased veterans.
