Elizabeth Jean Brown Scholarship Fund

Recipients shall be enrolled at Iowa State University. Recipients shall have demonstrated financial need as determined by the Office of Student Financial Aid. Preference shall be given to students from Oelwein and Independence, Iowa as determined by the administering authority. This award shall be made available to students of any class standing.
