Blahauvietz Family Scholarship
Recipients shall have demonstrated financial need as determined by the Office of Student Financial Aid. Recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Recipients shall have demonstrated leadership as evidenced by participation in extracurricular or community organizations and activities as determined by the administering authority. First preference shall be given to students who are citizens of the United States as permitted by Federal and State law, and University policy. Second preference shall be given to students who are majoring in an Agriculture and Life Science curriculum or Engineering.
Third preference shall be given to students who demonstrate commitment to the community through volunteer activities as determined by the administering authority.
Fourth preference shall be given to students who participated in 4-H or FFA as determined by the administering authority. This award shall be made available to students of undergraduate class standing.
