Elizabeth and David Bowman Scholarship

Recipients shall have verified financial need as documented by the Office of Student Financial Aid. Recipients shall be residents of Iowa from rural areas and communities with populations of less than 20,000 people, as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy. Preference shall be given to first generation students as determined by the administering authority. Recipients shall be of first-year class standing.

The Donors would like two (2) scholarships awarded annually.
